Synopsis:
In this follow-up to the epic fantasy drama series The Legend and the Hero, the battles of good against evil and mortals against gods rage on in ancient China. This time, the central characters have been re-cast, with Hong Kong movie star Ray Lui replacing Steve Ma Jing Tao as the ruthless Emperor Zhou, who is bewitched by the foxy beauty Daji, now played by popular Taiwan singer/actress Ruby Lin. Leaving that infamous role is Mainland star actress Fan Bingbing, who makes a cameo appearance as Chang-o. Based on historical accounts as well as mythological legends, The Legend and the Hero II depicts King Wu (rising star Victor Huang in place of Zhou Jie) leading other feudal lords in an earth-shattering revolt against Emperor Zhou.

Synopsis:
A period drama based on a famous Chinese classical novel, The Legend and The Hero blends history and fantasy into one splendid TV series with help of new CG technologies. Devil's Disciples [HK-Drama]

Synopsis:
The Sacred Sword Sect, the most prestigious kung-fu cult in the martial world, would like to recruit students into a course on the long-lost "Big Dipper Array". The fresh-faced Shing Fung (Bosco Wong) and the aloof-looking King Lui (Kevin Cheng) are both admitted to the Sect. In the meantime, the vicious Bloody Shadow Sect, which was once destroyed, comes to life again. The newly appointed leader Mok Man (Sharon Chan), along with her disciples, suddenly comes to attack the Sacred Sword Sect. Fung is seriously injured, but with the help of Shui Ling (Shirley Yeung), who is a good friend of his and a member of the Unity Clan, he manages to survive.

Fung makes a notable progress with his kung-fu skills after his recovery. The leader of the Scared Sword Sect Pak Tong Ngo (Eddie Ko), also known as the Saint of Sword, thinks highly of Fung and is going to marry off his daughter Pak Tong Chi-Lung (Bernice Liu) to the lad. Just before the wedding, Fung is found to be Man's twin brother - the heir to an atrocious kung-fu cult. Fung has been an ardent admirer of the Sacred Sword Sect but the disclosure of his true identity has pushed him into a dilemma between righteousness and evil. Synopsis:
Sometimes it’s hard to cross language barriers. Take, for instance, the YouTube trailer for director Xu Bin’s “The Frightening Night”. Truth be told, I couldn’t tell you anything about the story or the characters — I know next to nothing about either one. However, the collection of tantalizing images contained within the clip you’re about to watch has worked its magic on a purely visceral level. All I know for sure is this: Attractive people, in varying degrees of undress, are being stalked and murdered one by one. Oh, and there might be some sort of supernatural entity pulling the strings. Beyond that, I’m clueless. As soon as more information bubbles to the surface, I’ll be all over it. As it stands, “The Frightening Night” is set to scare the pants off of Chinese movie-goers on April 2nd, 2011.

A Chinese Fairy Tale [C-Movie]

Synopsis:
Yan Chixia (Louis Koo) is a demon slayer in training who takes upon a journey ordered by his master. His goal is to rid a temple located in the Black Mountain of ghosts who perpetually haunts the shrine. Nie Xiaoqian (Yifei Liu) is a ghost with her spirit trapped by the tree monster. Synopsis:
San Sheng Mu was a kind and beautiful deity who saved the life of Liu Yan Chang, a mortal scholar. The two fell in love and had a son, Chen Xiang. San Sheng Mu's older brother, Er Lang Shen, found out about their romance and led the Heavenly Brigade in pursuit of the family. During this time of peril, San Sheng Mu gave the Lotus Lantern to Yan Chang to protect him and their son. Soon she was captured and pinned beneath Mount Hua. Thereafter, Yan Chang and Chen Xiang hid in a small village making a meager living. Sixteen years later, Chen Xiang has grown up. One day he discovers that he possesses some mysterious powers, such as the ability to pass through walls. However, these powers begin to attract the attention of Er Lang Shen and Xiao Tian Quan, thus Yan Chang must tell his son the story of their forbidden past. After learning of his mother's imprisonment at the hands of his uncle, Chen Xiang sets out on a journey to rescue her.

Dream of 400 Years [K-Drama]

Synopsis:
Kang Hee Sun is a professor at the Hanbaek Medical School who is called in when Jo Hyun Min, the owner of a traditional Korean house, finds a mummy preserved in a small room in the barn which was previously sealed off. The two of them feel a strange sense of recognition at their first meeting, which they put down to instant attraction until the series of bizarre occurrences that followed lead them to suspect that they may actually be deeply connected to the mummy's past. Hee Sun and Hyun Min's investigation reveals the tragic story of a pair of lovers who were torn apart 400 years ago, with a resulting misunderstanding spawning a centuries-long hatred.

Synopsis:
This series follows the daily lives of 4 vampires that live together in a European-style building: Kiyoi is the eldest who takes care of the others, Masakazu is a college student who gets information on criminal activities, and Ageha and Makoto both go to high-school (and tend to end up helping Masakazu whether they really want to or not). They fight against crime when the cops are unwilling or unable to do so. The series is based off of a shounen-ai manga published in B's Log. Whether you like shounen-ai or not, it hasn't been very obvious in this series and it may not be... the jury's still out on that.

Chinese Paladin 3 [C-Drama]

Synopsis:
This is a prequel to "Chinese Paladin" and takes place 50 years earlier. Jing Tian is a mischievous pawnshop assistant who because of the power of a mystical jade, crosses paths with the spoiled and sassy Tang Xue Jian. Xue Jian is the beloved granddaughter of Tang Manor's Tang Kun, who meets with danger when an evil cult tries to take over control of the Tang Manor. Xu Chang Jing, the eldest disciple of Mt Shu Sect aids the pair in defeating the cult and rescuing the Tang Manor. Meanwhile, Chong Lou, ruler of the evil world, breaks into Mt Shu's Suo Yao Pagoda to retrieve a magical sword. He passes the sword to Jing Tian, claiming that it belonged to latter when he was a deity in his past life and forces Jing Tian to battle with him. The 5 elders of Mt Shu Sect call upon Jing Tian and Chang Jing to attain 5 mystical pearls to seal up Suo Ya Pagoda and destroy a powerful force of evil so as to save the world from destruction. Together with Xue Jian, the group set off to accomplish their mission. On the way, they overcome various obstacles and must solve mysteries pertaining to their pasts...

Chinese Paladin [C-Drama]

Synopsis:
Based on a popular RPG of the same name. The story takes place in a fantasy medieval China that's full of kung fu action, CG special effects, and wacky humor.

Li Xiao Yao, a "Stinky Punk", journeys to Dream Island to find a cure for his sick aunt. There he meets and marries the love of his life, Ling'er. On his way back home with the cure, he discovers that he's been tricked by the Lunar Sect Cult so that they can kidnap Ling'er.

He awakens in his bed, having forgotten his entire trip to Dream Island, but having saved his aunt. He rescues Ling'er from the Lunar Sect Cult and is in turn rescued by a mysterious stranger who teaches him kung fu. Xiao Yao and Ling'er travel to the capital to meet her father.

Along the way, they meet various people, get harassed by the Lunar Sect Cult, discover both of their histories, save the world and fall in love with each other all over again. It starts off sweet and lighthearted but ends with plenty of tears.
